We spent 4 lovely days & nights there, we had a nice comfortable villa with pool. The gardens are absolutely marvellous, the Thai restaurant is excellent, we were served by a very nice waiter, called Pad, very professional and caring. All the resort team is sympathetic and smiling. The sanctuary swimming pool is fantastic, very quiet, relaxing and beautiful, as the children tend to go to the big pool near the beach. Nice spa.

Fabulous resort. We were lucky enough to get upgraded from our 2 bedroom villa with pool, to a 3 house villa with a pool. It was as fantastic as it sounds. All personnel were extremely nice and welcoming. Would recommend 10 out of 10!

Everything was just perfect! Big thanks to the management of the hotel- Mr. Simon and Mr. Noni. They made our stay very pleasant and special! Lovely atmosphere and cozy environment, attention paid to the details , which made our stay unforgettable !! I would like to highlight another staff of this amazing hotel, who provided us instant care and immaculate hospitality! Here is the same of these amazing people: Toy, Nate, June, Abhi, Ang, Pupae , Kevin , Thong and Marissa. Thank you all! You are the best!❤️

A fantastic family hotel. Great service and nice rooms and facilities. The adults only pool was a nice little haven away from the rest of the hotel. The food selction for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. The location was fantastic with what felt like a private beach. The rooms were a great size and cleaned very well. I would recommend this hotel and hope to get back one day!

Unique resort in that it is both exclusive but also affordable and relaxed…easy to leave the rest of the world behind…Even though there were other guests there it always was quiet and peaceful and easy to find spots where no one else was around(other than of course the staff who always available to serve and always with a warm smile.

Nice hotel complex with a beautiful garden area and a restaurant directly at the beach. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony with a bathtub. Thongson beach is beautiful and good for swimming.

We had awesome stay by the beach. The room is clean and the pool view is awesome. Every staff cares about us and wants us to have the most comfortable stay.

Our stay at Melati was wonderful. It really is an all inclusive resort - there is no need to even leave it, and if there is, the amazing staff are able to organise tours for you as well. We loved the beautiful beachside pool bar which perfect to relax at! The spa was also heavenly.
